Menu Plan Monday - January 21st



Monday - Time Saving Tortellini

Tuesday - Better The Second Time Chicken Quesadilla's (I use a 98% Fat Free Whole Wheat Tortilla) and Fat Free Refried Beans

Wednesday - Turkey Bacon, Eggs, and Whole Grain Toast

Thursday - Shake n Bake Chicken with a Vegetable

Friday - Turkey Pepperoni Pizza (Whole Wheat Crust, Turkey Pepperoni, Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese, and Reduced Fat Pizza Sauce)

Saturday - Leftovers

Sunday - Seasoned Chicken with a Vegetable

Dessert - Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Yellow Cake
