Dear Diary

I completed one of my goal's so far this month. I framed a piece that I finished on July 31st of last year today and it is now hanging in my living room. I really love the Colonial time period and hope through time to have things representing that time period in my living room. I stitched this piece on 28ct Monoco Champagne using DMC threads.

Beautiful, both the stitching and the framing! What other pieces are you thinking of putting in your living room? I love the idea of stitching around a theme like that.

Thanks Megan! I am currently working on Colonial Houses by Little House Needlworks for the Living Room and I also have another chart from them called Liberty Inn that I have in my to stitch pile. I also want to get 1776 by Prairie Moon to stitch as well along with In Congress by Whispered Wind. I also have Queen of Freedom by Mirabilia to stitch along with Lady of the Flag. I also have Stars and Strips Forever by Bent Creek to stitch. The last chart I have is by Blue Ribbon Designs and it is Stitches Stars and Stripes. Wow I better get busy. LOL
