Wednesday - Lean Crusine Grilled Chicken Ceasar

Thursday - Jennie- O Turkey Bratwurst with Vegetable

Friday - Smart Ones Chicken Fajita Supreme

Saturday - Turkey Sausage with Vegetable

Sunday - Seasoned Chicken with Vegetable

Dessert - Chocolate Chip Cookies (Yes they taste great and are low fat)
