A day late but yesterday was super busy. I am also including the link of where to find the receipe for the bread and the muffins that I made the other day and posted about. Also if you do make the bread or muffins I recommened a little more water than what they call for the muffins can come out too dry if you don't and the bread sometimes soaks up the water to quickly before you have it completely mixed.
Monday - Tequilla Lime Steak with Seasoned Broccoli and Carrots
Tuesday - Spaghetti with Homemade Garlic Bread (I am using a few slices from the bread I made)
Wednesday - Lasagna Hamburger Helper
Thursday - Better The Second Time Around Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes
Friday - Hamburger Pizza with Corn
Saturday - Cheesy Baked Potato Hamburger Helper with Asparagus
Sunday - Better The Second Time Around Barbecued Chicken with Baked Beans
Bread (It's on page 15, you make the mix and then use it for the various recipes listed, I even used it for the Blueberry Muffins instead of the all white flour mix that is listed on page 13. Also I put the blueberries on top of the muffins instead of in the batter once they were in the muffin pan ready to go into the oven.)

Blueberries and Bread
I finally found an excellent recipe for wheat bread that doesn't require yeast. I made a loaf Friday and it was big hit between M and me. I made another loaf this morning for sandwiches this week. I also made Blueberry Muffins for M this morning and he loved them. I might finally get this homemade cooking down pat.

What A Great Find!
I belong to my local freecycle group and I responded to an ad that someone was giving away craft items which included three gift baskets but everything else was a mystery. Well I got the bag home and started going through it and what a haul! Not only did I get the baskets but I also got fabric, ribbons, items to do floral arrangements(wires and such), stencils, stamps, stickers, batting, jewelry making items, and other odds and ends. The greatest find was a frame picture that is cross stitch for a place to put school pictures from grades 1 through 12! I have been looking for something similar but this is so much better and cuter. Plus with my cross stitching passion it fits me perfectly. One mans junk is another mans treasure

Chocolate Bundt Cake
I made the dessert for the week tonight and I just had to share a picture. It turned out so well and very delicious. M gave it two thumbs up! It is from a mix but I used the new Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Devil's Food Mix to see what it taste like and I can't tell the difference but I use Splenda in my coffee and also drink diet drinks. I even frosted it, even though I normally don't but I had leftover frosting from my trial run of cupcakes last week in preparation for M's birthday party next month. Not the best frosting job but it sure is yummy! It's hard resisting having another piece because that's how great it tastes.

What A Great Idea!
I was on Organizing Junkies site and saw this post, I was inspired so much that I got the needed materials and starting attacking my stacks of Martha Stewart Magazines. I finally put the reciepes I liked into my reciepe binder and started my own Good Things binder full of hints, decorating ideas, things to buy, and things to make, its not very full but through time and magazine buying I am sure my Good Things will be bursting at the seams with ideas and dreams. A lot of what came out of the magazines went into my reciepe binder and I am so excited to have new cooking ideas. Here is just a sampling of what I have put into my reciepe and Good Things binder.
I would love to have this bathtub someday
Now that's my kind of bookshelf!
Who would have thought of turning a plate into a clock?
A Glossary of Crystal
How to set a table
Who wouldn't a piece of that?
M would just love this cake considering his passion for penguins.
